TURIA PITT'S GREAT WALL OF CHINA CHALLENGE!
Story
In June 2014 I’ll be walking the Great Wall of China to raise money for Interplast.
I first heard about Interplast through my friend Turia Pitt. In September 2011, Turia suffered burns to 65% of her body when she was caught by a fire while running the Ultra Marathon in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Turia’s road to recovery has become an inspirational story for many and her journey has truly amazed me which is why I am embarking on this journey with her.
Interplast sends fully qualified Australian and New Zealand volunteer plastic and reconstructive surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and allied health professionals to the Asia Pacific region to provide free surgical treatment for patients living with a treatable disability.
Please show your support for this fantastic organisation, every little bit counts. Click ‘Donate Now’ to make your secure donation. All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a DGR receipt via email as soon as you make a donation.
Share this page with your friends and family so more people know about Interplast and the great work they do.
Thank you for helping me make a difference!
